Who Is Ollie?

As a young athlete, Ashton Wisecarver took soccer, lacrosse, and ice hockey lessons from older kids in the neighborhood. The teens loved being able to earn money doing what they enjoy, but they also loved their new roles as mentors and entrepreneurs.

As a teenager looking to gain work experience, Ashton saw a void in the online networking space and thought:

What if there was a way kids could find families in their neighborhood looking for a mentor, a coach, or a little help around the house?

Working with a local developer, Ashton imagined Ollie — a safe environment where teens could prepare for the future, kids could learn from their peers, and parents could find help right around the corner.
