4. Book the job on your calendar
5. Do the work, get reviewed, and strengthen your resume
Parents of Teens:
1. Authorize your teen before they communicate with others
2. Monitor their interactions
3. Keep tabs on their engagements and tag along if your teen needs support
Parent Employers:
1. Create a profile
2. Post a job or reach out directly to teens who have the skills you need
3. Chat, interview, and check references
4. Choose a teen and have them book the job on the calendar
5. Review the teen to help bolster their resume
